Our meals are created by Chef Jet in Northwind's galley. Before your arrival you will have the opportunity to complete a detailed food questionnaire. This ensures that each dish is to your group's liking, taking into consideration diet needs and preferences. We focus on Pacific Northwest seafood, but can adjust as necessary. Guests are always amazed at what comes out of our galley! Some of Chef Jet's specialties include fresh hand made pasta, Dungeness crab cakes, cranberry nut scones and tasty chocolate desserts.
