There are also a number of rental car agencies you contact at Sea-Tac Airport. Allow 2 hours to drive from Sea-Tac, provided you miss Seattle rush hour (suggest you leave by 1:30PM). Hertz does not charge a drop fee to leave your rental at the Bellingham airport.
